Where you are right now — and where to see sales
Your funnel at arbor-restore.com is fully live — that's what "live mode" means: every order placed there is a real order that charges a real card and pays real money into your Stripe account. We placed a test order ourselves and watched it work end to end. Your second offer is built and in final assembly now.
To check your sales at any time: log in at app.gohighlevel.com → Payments → Transactions. That list is your cash register. (Every sale also appears in your Stripe dashboard, and you'll get an order email.) Right now it will show zero — not because anything is broken, but because no traffic has been sent yet. Traffic is the whole job now, and it's what the rest of this page is for.
1. Your unfair advantages (most clients start with none of these)
- Decades of real arborist experience — and the storytelling to make it land. Your advice reads like a house call.
- A VA — which means this plan runs daily without eating your life (their playbook is Section 3).
- Two complete funnels — your live flagship, plus a second angle we'll put to work later (Section 6).
- Videos already shot — the 4-minute "5 warning signs" video and your soil-decompaction footage.
- A library of guides — including the bee guide, which becomes your most shareable free asset.
2. Week 1 — your first sale without spending a dollar
Tree problems are neighborhood problems. Your buyer is a homeowner staring at a browning tree, worried it'll cost thousands. Here's where those people already are:
A. Nextdoor — your #1 channel (Day 1)
Nobody posts "anyone know a good tree guy?" on Instagram. They post it on Nextdoor — every day, in every neighborhood. Set up your profile as a retired certified arborist, then two moves:
- Answer every tree question you see. Genuinely, fully, like the ivy advice you'd give a friend. You will be the neighborhood tree authority within two weeks.
- One post per week, consumer-protection angle:
Nextdoor post — copy, paste, make it yours
"Retired certified arborist here. Every summer I watch neighbors pay $2,000–$5,000 to remove trees that could have been saved for under $100 — because nobody showed them the warning signs early enough. I put my entire 5-sign checkup into a step-by-step guide: arbor-restore.com. And if you're worried about a tree right now, describe it in the comments and I'll tell you what I'd look at first."
B. Facebook — your story is the ad (Day 2)
Personal post — this one should sound exactly like you
"I've loved trees since I was 5 years old — built a 3-story treehouse at 11, worked for Davey Tree through college, spent my career as a certified arborist. Today I turned all of it into something I'm proud of: The Insider's 5-Sign Tree Death Detection System — how to spot a dying tree while there's still time to save it. It's live at arbor-restore.com. If you've got a tree you're worried about, this was written for you."
Then join 5–8 gardening / homeowner / homesteading groups and follow the golden rule: answer questions first, never link-drop. When your answer helps, people click your profile — where your launch post is pinned and waiting.
C. YouTube — your video already exists (Day 3, VA does the upload)
Thousands of people search "is my tree dying" every month, all year, every year. Your 4-minute video is the answer. Have your VA upload it titled "5 Signs Your Tree Is Dying — Certified Arborist Shows You What To Look For" with arbor-restore.com in the first line of the description. One upload, evergreen traffic forever. (The soil-decompaction footage becomes video #2 next week.)
D. Your old network (Day 4)
Contacts from your tree-service years — even a handful. Not "please buy": "I put my tree knowledge into a guide — would you pass it along to anyone with a tree they're worried about?" A referral from someone who's seen you work beats any ad.
3. Your VA's daily playbook (30–45 min/day)
| When | Task |
| Daily | Scan Nextdoor + FB groups for new tree questions → draft replies in your voice → you approve → post |
| Daily | Reply to every comment on your posts (each reply = free reach) |
| Weekly | Publish 1 Nextdoor post + 2 Pinterest pins (gardening/backyard boards, linking to arbor-restore.com) |
| Weekly | Cut one 60-second clip from your footage → post to YouTube + Facebook |
| Weekly | Send the week's email to your list (Section 7) |
You supply expertise and approval. The VA supplies the keyboard time. That division is the whole system.
4. Week 2+ — paid ads (your $10/day plan)
Once you've seen any organic response — comments, clicks, ideally a sale — turn on Meta ads:
| Setting | What to choose |
| Objective | Sales (conversions) → arbor-restore.com |
| Budget | $10/day, untouched for 4–5 days (the algorithm needs the learning time) |
| Audience | Homeowners 35–65, USA. Interests: gardening, lawn care, home improvement, landscaping |
| Creative | Your 4-minute video trimmed to ~60 seconds — a real arborist pointing at a real tree outperforms any graphic |
Ad copy starter
"That brown patch in your tree's crown? By the time most homeowners call someone, it's a $3,000 removal job. A certified arborist with decades in the field shows you the 5 warning signs to check TODAY — while your tree can still be saved. The Insider's 5-Sign Tree Death Detection System, $27 → arbor-restore.com"
Keep it honest and Meta stays happy: real numbers, no manufactured panic, no "your tree WILL die" — "could cost you thousands" is true and converts. Your credibility is the ad. Never spend more than the $10/day until the numbers below say so.
The only numbers that matter
- With your funnel ($27 guide + $17 Triage Toolkit + $97 Recovery Protocol), a typical buyer is worth roughly $35–45 — so paying up to ~$25–30 in ads for one sale is profitable. Don't quit at "$15 spent, no sale yet."
- After 4–5 days: sales? Nudge to $15–20/day. No sales and under ~30 visits? Swap the creative, not the budget.
- Judge weekly. Single days are noise.
For what it's worth: building this exact campaign side by side — settings, targeting, and generating your first batches of ad creative — is what we do with clients inside our coaching program. Enrollment is closed at the moment, and this plan is the groundwork that gets a client ready for that room.
5. Pricing — leave it alone for now
- $27 / $17 / $97 stays until ~25 sales. You can't judge a price without data.
- Never discount to "get things moving" — slow sales are a traffic problem, not a price problem.
- Want urgency? Add a bonus ("this week: includes my storm-damage checklist") — never a markdown.
- After 25 sales, test $37 on the front end. Same page. If conversion holds, you gave yourself a 37% raise.
6. The catalog & the UpViral idea — the right order of operations
You have 20+ guides in you and big plans for UpViral. Both are good instincts. Here's the grounding that makes them actually work:
A catalog is not 20 funnels. It's ONE audience you can offer 20 things to. The most valuable asset you're building isn't any single guide — it's your email list: every buyer, every free-guide reader, every Nextdoor neighbor who trusted you. Guide #2 doesn't need a new website; it needs one email to a list that already knows you.
- Now: everything in Sections 2–4 — prove the flagship sells and start collecting emails.
- At a few hundred emails: now UpViral has fuel. Referral campaigns multiply an audience — they can't create one from zero. And the giveaway that shares best isn't a tree guide — it's your bee guide ("save the bees" is the kind of thing people forward). Bee guide as the free front door, tree system as what they discover inside.
- Each new Insider Guide after that: launches as an email to your list first. If the list loves it, THEN it earns its own funnel.
- Your second offer (5 Signs Your Tree Is Dying / Tree Triage Field Kit / Tree Rescue Blueprint) is your alternate ad angle — once the flagship has ad data, we test which message pulls cheaper buyers. Two funnels aren't two storefronts to stock; they're two doors into the same shop.
7. Follow-up emails that do the reselling
Your account already tags every buyer (buyer, bump, upsell). Three campaigns to wire in:
- ① New-buyer welcome (Days 0–5): Day 0 "read this ONE section first tonight" → Day 2 one field tip, no pitch → Day 5 "how's your tree doing?" (replies become testimonials).
- ② Second-chance offer (Day 3): to buyers without the bump/upsell tags — "most readers eventually ask about emergency triage — that's exactly what the Toolkit covers; same $17 since you're already inside."
- ③ The weekly email (forever): one tip, one story, one link. 80% value, 20% offer. This rhythm IS the catalog engine from Section 6 — and your VA can run it.
8. Your Week-1 checklist
- Day 1: Nextdoor profile + first post (Section 2A) — start answering tree questions
- Day 2: Personal Facebook post + join 5–8 gardening/homeowner groups
- Day 3: VA uploads the 5-signs video to YouTube (Section 2C)
- Day 4: Message your old tree-service contacts (Section 2D)
- Day 5–7: VA runs the daily playbook (Section 3); you approve replies
- Week 2: $10/day ad goes live (Section 4) — then hands off for 4–5 days
- Every week: 1 Nextdoor post, 2 pins, 1 video clip, 1 email, ad numbers checked ONCE
